SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting Dream Weavers. This policy explains how physical and digital orders are delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

Many Dream Weavers physical products are made to order by our fulfillment partners. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Processing and production times vary by product and are separate from carrier transit time. Estimated delivery information shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the products in your cart and the delivery address. Orders containing more than one product may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take time to update after a label is created.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please review your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to change the address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@wearedreamweavers.com or (762) 822-6667 with your order number. Claims for packages believed to be lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads and ebooks do not require physical shipping. Delivery or access instructions are sent electronically to the email address used at checkout. If you do not receive or cannot access a digital purchase, contact us for assistance.
