RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident ordering from Dream Weavers. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
MADE-TO-ORDER PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Most Dream Weavers physical products are created especially for you after your order is placed. Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or an incorrect size or color selection, except where required by law. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@wearedreamweavers.com or (762) 822-6667. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please do not return an item unless we instruct you to do so.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us as soon as possible. Claims for packages believed to be lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital downloads, ebooks, and other electronically delivered products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you receive a corrupted file, cannot access your purchase, are charged for a duplicate purchase, or receive a product that is materially different from its description, contact us so we can make it right.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed. Cancellation or change requests are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately at hello@wearedreamweavers.com or (762) 822-6667. Once production has begun, we may be unable to cancel or change the order.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
